CKD Stage 5 is the final stage of kidney disease which means kidney has lost more than 85% of kidney function. 1. Fruits: apples, lemons, blueberries, grapes, pears, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple, plums, raspberries, watermelon.

2. Vegetables: raw cabbage, green beans, carrots, endive, Alfalfa sprouts, asparagus, green or wax beans, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, corn, cucumber, eggplant, kale, lettuce, okra, onions, parsley, green peas, green peppers, radish, rhubarb, water chestnuts, watercress, squash, zucchini

3. Others: cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, swiss cheese, low-fat ice cream, grains, starches, angel or yellow cake, tea, juice of fruits with low potassium.
